Reimbursement terms of a booking:
- 100% refund in case of adverse weather conditions or voluntary cancellations 48 hours before departure.
- 50% refund for voluntary cancellations 24 hours before departure.
- No refund for cancellations within 24 hours before departure or no-shows.
